Q: There's a piece of dust / something in my sticker? A scuff on an enamel pin? A minor issue with my product? UHM WHY? MONEY BACK PLEASE?
A: Er, no. Most of our stickers are made in house and laminated by hand so there is BOUND to be little oopsies here and there. We obviously appreciate the craft as WELL as your understanding that little dusties / scratches are inevitable.
For our manufactured products, sadly they are out of our hands in terms of quality control. Most products are made by hand by humans so there will NEVER be a perfect baby. Trust me, we want y’all to have the best experience and quality possible, but humans ain't perfect and neither are our products!
If there is anything we see as REALLY rough, we discount it accordingly. Thank y’all for your understanding! Also all sales are final.
Q: I am just buying AN STICKER! Why do I have to pay shipping??
A: WELL! As much as I would love to trust the postal system to ensure untracked envelopes arrive to y’all in a timely manner / at all, sadly that uh CANT be super guaranteed. I do tracked shipping on ALL orders so we and you are always in the know on where you order is and can handle any issues that can and inevitably occur.
Q: I wanna buy an original piece of werk, what do I DO? What do I expect?

PLEASE EMAIL info@casualcovert.com FOR PURCHASING ORIGINAL WORK! We will arrange shipping costs and tracking information so you know where your new iconic collectors item is every step of their journey to their new home!
Shipping will be invoiced separately for all original paintings. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm shipping details. After confirming your interest, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping via email.
Once everything is confirmed and paid for I will ship out your work ASAP and email you the tracking number so we are on the same page until you get your masterpiece!
